This is a spacious, fully furnished and renovated second-floor apartment located close to Tufts University (6-minute walk), Davis Square (17-minute walk), and the Medford/Tufts Green Line Station (17-minute walk). I am looking for a Summer 2026 subletter between June-August 2026, but dates and rent are negotiable! The single bedroom is fully furnished with a full-size bed, desk and chair, dresser, nightstand, and large built-in closet. The closet is very spacious with built-in shelving, and there are extra storage drawers within the closet and under the desk. Some decor is also included in the bedroom, such as the lamps, wall mirror, and wall shelves. There is a total of four bedrooms, and the apartment is fully furnished with a spacious kitchen with great cabinet space, an in-unit washer and dryer, a living room (with couches, a dining room table, and a large TV), and a bathroom. Kitchen appliances are also included, such as a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, stove, air fryer, coffee machine, rice cooker, and more! Water is already included in the rent.
