Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Spring 2026, and the dates are flexible. The apartment is located at 175 College Ave in a super convenient and lively neighborhood—just a 5-minute walk to Tisch Library and a 7-minute walk to Joyce Cummings Center, right by the football field. It’s also a short stroll to Davis Square, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and public transportation. The house is right next to a bus stop, making it very accessible. You’d be living with three other rising junior girls who are all friendly, respectful, and clean. The apartment includes one bathroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, oven, and ice maker. The bedroom comes fully furnished and features two closets, a desk, great natural lighting, and lots of storage space.
